The Safeway across the street has a fairly clean and pulically accessible restroom. Go in and straight back. Near the (stinky!) fish counter. You could also get picnic items here for Sutro Heights Park. :)

I wish I knew where the nearest (cleanish) public restroom were. It's a long walk back to the Haight. Anyone know? Someone should make a "restrooms" collection. Maybe even a tag so we can all contribute!!
